In coming Floats

Centralized Floating is going to be gradually ramping up in the next few weeks.

As part of this, we *may* be receiving items as floats without float labels on them.

These items have been floated out by our collection development team, and that we do not have the option to send them back.

Keep them, check them in, and shelve them like normal.
